I first heard about HYTEXFIT from Steve Pulleng who is an excellent personal trainer. It was interesting to learn about on-line personal training. My lifestyle was lacking exercise and I had low energy. I wanted to get back into shape and feel healthy. The 12 week fitness program made a difference in my life. I had more energy and was able to do exercises I wasn’t able to do before. I had an increase in my appetite and I could sleep better. I liked the on-line fitness program because I could workout on my own time. It’s really convenient. If I had any questions, all I had to do was contact Steve. I have been with Hytexfit for over a month and I have noticed that my energy level has increased considerably. I have flexibility and cardio exercises alternate with resistance exercises and these prevent me from getting bored with doing the same thing every day. I do not have to go to the gym to perform the exercises and I have the luxury of doing them at home at any time I am able to do them. The intensity level of the exercises has been geared to my ability level. The daily emails also help remind me of my commitment to be active and healthy. I am 65 years old and I retired from work because I could barely walk. Now I walk at least 1.5 miles a day and go up and down the stairs easily.
