So how does online coaching actually work? When you first sign up, we will ask you to complete a questionnaire so our trainers can get to know your lifestyle and your goals, because after all this is PERSONAL. Getting to know you through this customized process allows us to select the right personal trainer to keep you motivated and accountable along the way.
Your trainer will then contact you to set everything up. You’ll get your own personalized exercise plan to follow, and we’ll also make recommendations regarding your nutrition. All exercises come with full descriptions and videos, so you will know exactly what you need to do.
You and your personal trainer will be working closely together to ensure that you are progressing toward your goals, discussing exercise, food, and overall general lifestyle choices. Taking a holistic approach is the key to ensuring that you achieve your goals in a fun, effective and timely manner.
Through our online software you will have the ability to upload your exercise results and track your progress towards your goals. The true benefit of using this online service is that you are able to stay accountable throughout the entire week, and not just during the 1-2 hours of face-time that you have with your personal trainer. Our team of expert trainers have years of experience using a proven system, which makes it easy to guarantee that you will see results.
How it works?
Online Personal Training involves identifying your specific health and fitness goals and tailoring an exercise and nutrition program to meet your individual needs.
After filling out some preliminary paperwork (a health and lifestyle questionnaire, the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire – PAR-Q and a liability waiver) and a quick interview via Skype, email or telephone, you will receive a customized exercise program that will include strength, cardiovascular and flexibility training. All exercises will be explained in detail and links to video demonstrations will be included where needed (note that these videos are private and only available to our online personal training clients).
We will also be able to chat weekly to review your progress, assuring your exercises are always challenging while maneuvering around any obstacles you may be encountering.
